(Must be submitted at least 6 weeks before departure)

German passport

The passport must be valid for at least 7 months beyond the date of travel.

There must be 3–4 blank, facing pages available.

Passports with Israeli entry stamps are not permitted.

If the passport is less than 7 months old, the previous passport must also be presented.

The passport must be machine-readable.

Non-German passport

A valid residence permit is also required, which must be valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure.

EU passport

The passport must be valid for at least 7 months before and after departure.

A registration certificate from the relevant city or municipal administration must also be presented.

Passport photos

Two recent biometric passport photos, no older than 6 months

(format 4.5 × 3.5 cm, white background).

For women: passport photo with headscarf.

Please write the name of the person and the passport number on the back of the photos.
